Position Summary

Nature's Remedy is a family-owned cannabis dispensary with locations in Ferndale, Redford, and Pontiac. We're looking for a creative, organized Social Media Specialist to grow our community online and keep our customers up to date on deals, events, and new products.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and post content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X
Shoot and edit photos, Reels, and short-form video in store and at events
Promote weekly deals, vendor days, new drops, and loyalty and referral programs
Respond to comments and messages, and help manage online reviews
Track performance and report on growth and engagement monthly
Work with store managers and vendors on promotions and collaborations
Keep all content compliant with Michigan cannabis advertising rules and platform policies

Requirements

21 years of age or older (required)
1+ years managing social media for a brand or business
Strong photo and video skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar)
Clear, on-brand writing and a good sense of what performs on each platform
Cannabis industry knowledge or experience is a plus
Must be able to obtain any required state work authorization for cannabis employment
